Barbecue Chicken Stand

Stainless steel stand to grill a chicken over naked flames. The method is called "Beer Can Chicken" and involves the chicken being grilled over a can of beer. This results in an extra tender and juicy chicken. Ø top 30.5 cm. Ø bottom 24.5 cm. Ø poles 7 cm.

This is what you should do
Place a half-full can of beer in the holder. Then place the chicken over the beer can. Close the barbecue lid and grill for 1-1½ hours, until the temperature of the thighs reaches 82 °C. Can also be roasted in an oven at 200 °C for approx. 1 hour, depending on the size of the chicken.
