Use and care * The knife is extremely sharp and must be handled carefully. * Store the knives out of reach of children and protect the blades. * Use wooden or plastic cutting boards to avoid damaging the blades. * Sharpen the blades regularly. * The knives must be hand-washed to prevent damaging the blades. * Use warm water and dish-washing liquid and wipe the knives dry. * Never use abrasive detergent, steel wool or the like.
